Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to circumstances outside our control. Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, tracking details will be provided to you.

Estimated Delivery Times

For products currently shipping to Canada, estimated transit time is approximately 6–9 business days after processing. With our typical 1–2 business day processing time, orders generally have an estimated total timeframe of approximately 7–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages

If an order contains multiple products, items may be fulfilled separately and may arrive in different packages or at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has entered processing.
