We currently ship within Canada. Additional destinations may be added in the future.
Order Processing
Orders require processing before shipment. Processing times may vary by product. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Estimated Delivery
For products currently shipping to Canada, estimated transit time is approximately 6–9 business days after processing. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, making the estimated total delivery timeframe approximately 7–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once tracking becomes available, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order has shipped.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on fulfillment arrangements. You may therefore receive more than one package or tracking number.
